OMG it’s Mischa Barton!

Filed under: Fashion, Party, People, music — Tags: — Lisa Paclet @ 11:06 am

Around 8ish last night we all met At the usual spot. Then headed (walked half a parisian block) to the opening of the new Prairies de Paris store. Massive amounts of people were there, they were auctioning off  some famous dresses from famous movies, for profit. No that’s not true, for AIDS reserch. Folks were dropping checks like there was no tomorrow.

Mischa Barton was there. Rory asked her “Why?”"she said she lives here now. Spendin’ Euros.
BTW blog hits go up when I post encounters with International Superstars, so this is what’s going on here. I’m leeching off. Can you say that? Oh and what about Hania Barton

ALSO! I liked 3 songs from the french Hip Hop band Spleen that preformed in the store. The singer had a nice deep voice and was rolling on stage with random ladies.

Ghoscat Concert!

Last night at the Showcase, after the Prairies de Paris and Mischa we went to see the Band Ghoscat; and they were surprising and very good live. A better performance than record I would say, because this is my blog, and if I wanna be honest, I can be. I should curse more too. Opinions?

Anyway, the singer was on fire! So small and pretty but with such a strong voice! And I am a little sad now because turns out we didn’t get enough votes, so no money for this music video.
Oh well, you win some you loose some.

What’s great is that everyone last night was wearing these amazing floppy Onsies with belts. I saw like 3 in the street and 1 on the Singer of Ghoscat. I would love to wereone too, but maybe I’m too short. ’sup?

We’ll see what happens.

Micheal Ghaughan wrote to me today. He was at Mcad while i was there too, and I always liked him. I had the impression that he was honest with himself. He’s Ice Rod and he is Brother and Sister.
One time in Minneapolis after an Ice Rod show, Emily and I arm wrestled him on high heels, and we won a puffy paint t-shirt. remember Em? HAHA!

On other news: I passed out in a pharmacy today and they took me too the hospital! I was probabbly the 2nd time in my life i had to go to the emercency room so i was all weirded out. Now i’m back at home feelin’ a little better. I’m super hungry though.

Yesterday while dining on fine lasagnas that Rory  prepared, we had a conference video call with Johann (A’dam) about this great party (an new version of the good old “Make Us or Break Us” party we used to do…) that we’re gonna put together by the end of June, it was hilarious.
Johann was drinking a Martini. We danced.
