Wim Wenders~ The Coppolas, Kurosawa and my foot -on a lazy Sunday afternoon in paradise

In a series of lucky events Lauren Flax (Who was in Paris for Man Fashion week) (ELLEN!!!!) ended up Playing a Party At Regine for Colette the night of my Birthday! So we went! Lots of good stuff happend, eating good food, smoking in cabs, drinking champagne, dancing and making out.

For Info: I had on a great dress by Stine Goya + the L shaped letter my sister got from Miu Miu and a new RETARD SHOE on! (looks something like this but not quite) Amazing outfit! Go figure!
Cobrasnake man took a picture of said shoe, but it never surfaced on the internet, reasons to be found in 26/01/2009 Post.

As You can see all the cute/weird/important people got photographed and we did not, you’re guess as of why (multiple choice):

a. We were Ugly

b. We were Handicapped

c. We were Blinding

d. We were way out of reach inside the dungeon 

e. We had no pants on (sans-pants)

f. We were asking for cash

Blanche Consorti, the lil’ sister of mr. Pierre is on Elle Japan! She makes her own clothes! So cute!

We don’t know what she says becouse it’s in japanese! Who reads japanese?

-I also was supposed to be on it but the day the japnese lady took my picture I hade the disgusting short short bangs AND puked in the street right after shee took my photo. So I probabbly didn’t make the cut.

Last night, April 6th 2008, as we were watching Les Chansons d’Amour and Time and Tide, it started showing. A lot! Why?

+On Other news, i left a new pair of $ 720 ysl shoes (that were bought at the special Self Service yard sale for $90 btw) outside in my bike’s basket for more then 24h and no one took them. what do you say in these cases? It was a bizarre day.

Baudouin has been talking a lot of pictures of our group of girlfriends for his upcoming book “I am a Parisian Lady” Check ‘em hotties out!

These are Some of the Polariods he took pre-shoot, the actual pictures ended up being much crazier, with me balacing on one foot with one leg thown back, or jumping and reaching for the sword on the wall with florescent orange Pierre Hardys’. I’m really excited to see the actual pictures!

Baudoin was funny and without putting any pressure was able to scout out what he liked in the house and discard things that would have been too staged.

At first we were supposed to shoot in the silver bedroom , but he found that “trop épurée” (for once i had really cleaned up!) so we did it in the only spot where there was some natural pile of junk : the studio.
He got really excited once he found our old diy road/tripod made with a curtain stick and some fluo tape: He had me holding it in all sorts of poses with my small dv cam screwed one at the tip of it.

Man ! Lately all the posts have been about photo or video shoots!

Oh well.

The Photographer Baudouin who took this beautiful picture of Leslie and the above Parisian celebrities, came to to my apartament yesterday to take a picture of me with some of my junk for a book called “I am a Parisian Lady”.

I like the way he assembles and compose all the stuff that surrounds the enviroment people live in; making “the stuff” and “the person” integrating and complementary parts of the same space. Hits of people’s lives without hyper realism.
