LAUREN FLAX! and “I am an Aquarius!”

Filed under: Party, photography — Lisa Paclet @ 10:41 am

In a series of lucky events Lauren Flax (Who was in Paris for Man Fashion week) (ELLEN!!!!) ended up Playing a Party At Regine for Colette the night of my Birthday! So we went! Lots of good stuff happend, eating good food, smoking in cabs, drinking champagne, dancing and making out.

For Info: I had on a great dress by Stine Goya + the L shaped letter my sister got from Miu Miu and a new RETARD SHOE on! (looks something like this but not quite) Amazing outfit! Go figure!
Cobrasnake man took a picture of said shoe, but it never surfaced on the internet, reasons to be found in 26/01/2009 Post.

More photos will be up later, once I get more work done.

Here, the internet put out some photos of the Party!
Or, I shamelessly stole some photos from the official photographer Alistair Allan (Dirty Dirty Dancing).
Nota Bene: The Sparkly Mothra Suit

As You can see all the cute/weird/important people got photographed and we did not, you’re guess as of why (multiple choice):

a. We were Ugly

b. We were Handicapped

c. We were Blinding

d. We were way out of reach inside the dungeon

e. We had no pants on (sans-pants)

f. We were asking for cash

Despite the cast situation last night went well! I was projecting on a water curtain! Good lookin’!

I had made a bunch o’ real abstract looking loops as some type shouting ”eat the rich”. I’ll upload the non mixed quicktimes later….
Zachary helped me a ton moving around and setting up. Then we got interviewed in some weird staircases.

Rory and Marie came for a little bit, (Marie is so much cuter that in this photo! even thow cotton balls in mouth are always a plus) but i was so wrapped up trying to do my job that I barely talked to them! Sorry guys. Bruno Vincet and Tom also shoewd up, with a bunch peolpe from Gobelins. They are hilarious! I like this new Bach of Gobelins people.

Broken foot

Filed under: Hard Times, Party, Rants, Science — Lisa Paclet @ 12:20 pm

So, what happend today is: I broke my foot!
You might ask ”How?” ‘cuz you might be interested, or just trying to be polite,

And I would tell you of how, while trying to have some  great fun at my studio’s Christmas party, I suddenly found myself standing on top of the bar and quickly afterwards thinking ‘why not do a great and surprising jump to get off of here?’. And actually doing it.

Jumping big all the while forgetting that i was wearing these 30 cm YSL heels , and landing right on them. No shock-brakes. Nessun amortizzatore. Nothing.

I think I felt it brake. The little tiny bones in the arch of the foot.

Fucking Hurts.

Now I’m having a hell of a time learing how to stomp around with these sticks.
And I will have to give myelfs bood thinning shots. Gotta shoot myself in the stomach once a day. Goodmorning Happiness!

MY CATS AREN EATING ME ALIVE! HELP!

I hate this day.

Drop whatever you’re doing, this is definitively better!

“…The one-day festival includes an animal show and a food and fashion contest which features the guinea pig, native to the Andes.
The guinea pigs spend the day being dressed up…… pampered… and fattened up.
Guinea pigs can be served fried, roasted or in a casserole…”
