Accumulation

+ Paris: I have been back to for a couple of days now, it is gray pretty and composed as usual this time of year.

I love this city it makes me feel comfortable, but i suppose sometimes confort slowly sedates your ideas.

+ New York: Was exciting, and made me feel very loved, some of the very best people I know are there.

Running and going under covers with Renda and Nick becouse the pipes in the building froze, Turning and running and looking a some ball dropping, Dancing with Emily Ellen and Kendra, with our hands in our pockets, eating l’Esquina up, eating all the other places up! Wantons, Future walking with Zachary O., blood-face, talking dirty and trying to end with a splash, dancing and running and laughing.

I probably will try to move next year. You never know, gotta pee in the bucket that’s given to you.

+ RADIO

Since i’ve been back to work i have been caching up with all my favorite radio shows, the lastest Media Matters hosted by Bob McChesney got me really excited: It features Sut Jhally (Professor of Communication at the University of Massachusetts) talking about the role played by advertising and popular culture in the processes of social control and identity construction.

I would write more about it (and about the paradox between my thoughts vs. my actions) but i’m at work… I still might later.
